This deep water fitness class is designed for a total body workout while being gentle on the joints. The class uses the water's natural resistance along with buoyancy equipment to improve flexibility, enhance toning and increase endurance. Appropriate for all water fitness enthusiasts.

Annie's Bio
For those who donít know me, my name is Annie Lee. I am a certified Water Fitness Instructor and Land Personal Trainer. I have been teaching in the community for 19 years with an emphasis on water. I am currently employed at PT Northwest as a Physical Therapist Aide and office manager. My goal in working with patients is to get them back to leading active lives.

I am very passionate about the benefits of the water and want to make all who come to my classes enjoy the water. I teach all levels of classes, men and women, whether you are a water enthusiast or completely new to water exercise.
