Explore Ai Chi / Gentle Stretch / Aquatic Fitness.  All 3 exercise modes in warm water serve to develop core strength, balance, improve flexibility, manage pain and improve movement. Written materials and step-by-step instructions provided. Bring swimsuit or shorts/tank top, towel, and locker lock. Co-sponsored by Tamarack Aquatic Center and the Successful Aging Institute of Lane Community College.

For this class, participants must registered for the series.
